Apartment - Via San Felice - Bologna
Modern and comfortable one bedroom apartment of about 45 sqm, for four guests, located on the second floor (without elevator) of a modern building in the heart of the historic city center of Bologna.
The apartment has a strategic location, allowing easy access to both the train station (10 minutes) and Piazza Maggiore (5 minutes).
Guests have access to the entire home with full use of the kitchen. Sheets and towels provided. Upon arrival, our staff will meet you at the apartment to explain how everything in the apartment works and to deliver the keys. During your stay, we are at your disposal for any need.
This lovely apartment was renovated and decorated in early 2017. The apartment overlooks an inner courtyard and therefore does not suffer from annoying noises from the street. Air conditioning is present in both the bedroom and the living area.
The apartment opens onto a living room, furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). The living room is spacious and cozy and is furnished with a four-person crystal dining table and modern bleached oak piece of furniture that houses the large Smart TV of 43", which allows you to connect to your Netflix account. Apple TV is included in the TV, therefore you can project what you watch on the iPhone onto the TV.
The open floor plan kitchen is fully equipped and modern. It has an electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, and gas stove top.
The bedroom, accessed via the corridor, is equipped with a large wardrobe, a dresser, and a comfortable double bed. Finally the bathroom, which has a crystal shower stall and gives access to the balcony, where there is the washing machine, located inside a cabinet.
The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, the condominium expenses, Italian taxes (television and garbage), WiFi internet and bills. For electricity and gas, in particular, we include a forfait of 100 per month. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference.
Area:
The apartment is located near the famous Mercato delle Erbe (Via Belvedere), a newly renovated area where you can buy local produce or sit in one of the many restaurants or local restaurants around the building. Within walking distance you will find the lively Piazza San Francesco and Piazza Malpighi, crowded with locals and restaurants. The characteristic street of Saragozza and Piazza Maggiore can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. In the immediate vicinity, on Via Marconi, is the largest supermarket in the center of Bologna. Right underneath the apartment there is a wide variety of shops of all kinds, pharmacies, and banks. You can find several pubs, bars, restaurants and trattorias on Via del Pratello, while on Via Minzoni, a short walk from the apartment, you can visit the MAMBO, the Museum of Modern Art in Bologna, that during the summer animates the nearby piazza with dancing and events. There are two cinemas on Via Lame and Via Marconi, while at the Chaplin's cinema, there are original language Chaplin films every Monday night. On Saturday mornings, there is the Mercato della Terra di Bologna on Via Azzo Giardino, less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment which is a Slow Food initiative that hosts about 40 local producers who sell seasonal and Kilometer Zero products.
Public transportation:
Just a short walk from the apartment, on Via Marconi, you can take the bus that will take you directly to the Bologna Centrale Station (2 minutes) and to the Bologna Fair (10 minutes). There are several buses to Piazza Maggiore, the Sant'Orsola Hospital, and the Maggiore Hospital along via Marconi.
Parking:
The apartment is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and an access ticket is requested. You can park on the street (places indicated by blue stripes). Parking is free on Sundays and every day from 8 pm to 8 am, but you must pay for the rest of the time. Alternatively, you will find Garage Riva Reno (Via Azzo Gardino 61b) nearby, which costs 165 for a monthly subscription. The city laws stipulate that you can access the ZTL zone for 3 nonconsecutive days or for 4 consecutive days in one month.
Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax that is not included in the price. 4,60 per person, per night. It is applied only to the first 5 nights.

Pets are allowed ( 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).
