The apartment is located in the San Bellino area, on the second floor of a three-story building, where currently there are 4 rooms of different sizes.

The area is well connected to the center by public transport, convenient to all personal services (supermarket, post office, pharmacy, etc.). The solution is very bright and in a very quiet and peaceful area.

The rooms are all equipped with bed, desks with chairs and bookshelves. The apartment is fully furnished with brand new laminate floor, white and modern furniture and doors with customized locks.

As per the lease agreement, the landlord requires a two-month rent deposit upon move-in (15 days prior your arrival). This deposit will be returned within 15 days of the end of the tenancy period, provided that all dues outlined in the contract have been promptly paid, no damages are found in the property, and the room is left in a clean condition at the time of check-out.
