Ancient mill from 1860 of approximately 200m2 with adjoining 50,000m2 of land with several chestnut trees, located on the slopes of Mount Vettore, facing a stream, within the Sibillini Mountains park.
According to the technicians' opinion, the walls are 100% healthy and need to be reroofed and internally renovated.
Cleaning and mowing work has already been done around it.
It can be reached by three mountain paths, one of which can be traveled with a small off-road vehicle and is exposed to the sun all day, making it possible to install solar panels.
