In case of long bookings (over 2 weeks) the maximum number of people allowed: 3. It is compulsory to comunicate guest's ID for every guest staying for more than 3 days. In case of breach of this rule the renting will end and deposit not returned.

On top of the renting price you are requested to pay an avarage use of utilities (gas and electricity) monthly. At your departure payment of all utility consumption will be adjusted based on your real consumption during your staying.
