Carlo Faldi, owner of STUDIOLARIO, is a Real Estate Agent with dual specialization, in residential and commercial real estate and operates without territorial limits, with a particular focus on Lake Como and Milan.

Born in Milan, studying law, marketing and strategic planning with the C.E.S.M.A. in Milan, he is for several years CEO of a company of services and products for construction companies in Lombardy and northern Italy. It is then passed to Marketing management.

Since 2008 he has been a member of the role of real estate agents in Milan, and currently at the REA in Lecco and FIMAA.

He then had the opportunity to hone his skills in brokerage by collaborating with a major international real estate group, both in retail and with a focus on the issues of corporate real estate.

He now works as a freelancer working with a dense network of colleagues to be able to offer customers the maximum service without territorial limits.

He speaks Italian and English.
