a unique historic house in village old centre

In the old centre of Santu Lussurgiu, an ancient village in central-western Sardinia, we offer a partially renovated historic house.

House La Volta is located in via Roma, in the village old centre, right where the "Sa Carrela e Nanti", the famous equestrian event of the Santu Lussurgiu carnival, starts.
It is a very characteristic house, since it develops on three levels as usually for this kind of buildings, but consists of two real estate units that are joined on the upper floor by a vault that crosses a back alley.
