The Administration fee is divided into 2 parts:
- 123 euros, called in our business the "Landlord Fee", is a fee that needs to be paid at check-in. This fee covers all costs related to managed the Property Management business with our clients.
- The remaining part of the administration fee needs to be paid through payment in the platform within 2 days from the booking confirmation. This fee, called in our business "Management Fee" covers various services before, during and after your stay:
- assisted in-person check-in,
- key handover at check-in,
- contract creation and administration,
- assistance during your stay,
- assisted check-out.
Note that these fees are separate from any fees charged by HousingAnywhere. Failure to pay the fee within the specified time frame will result in the cancellation of the booking.

Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. The price is the same for 5 months, if you want to stay less you can, but you will have to pay the rent for 5 months divided by the number of months you want to stay.
