Not Included: Tourist tax (4.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights for guests over 12 years old), and utilities exceeding 70.00 for rentals over 30 days
Security Deposit: 300.00 (for stays up to 15 days) or 1000.00 (for stays between 16 and 30 days) must be paid with a valid credit card . Prepaid or debit cards are not accepted. Special conditions apply for rentals over 30 days.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant , one towel and linen change per guest , and final cleaning.
