Country house, to be refurbished, 82 m², Centro, Veleso

Veleso, in the historic center of the ancient hamlet, a portion of rustic ground / roof free on three sides. Arranged on two levels plus cellar and attic for a gross area of approximately 160 m2. It consists of a 52 m2 apartment with an overlying 32 m2 attic and underlying cellar of the same size. In addition, a small cellar of 6 m2, a real crotto and cellar on the lower floor of another 16 m2. The building, of ancient origin and built entirely of stone as used at the time of construction, is to be completely restored even if the supporting structure and the wooden floors are recoverable. There is only a small glimpse of the lake view from the top floor. The house can be reached by car, not equipped with a private parking space but a few tens of meters from the municipal parking.

- some images have been photographed with the wide angle to allow a complete view of the environments but it is always advisable to visit the site in case of interest;
- the house can be reached by car but there is no private parking;
- it needs to be completely restored;
- located in the historic center of a small mountain town a few kilometers from the lake.
