In the splendid scenery of the Valdorcia, a farm with a beautiful rustic stone farmhouse and 4 hectares of land with 7000 square meters of vineyard and about 3 hectares of olive groves with 630 olive trees in production.
The farmhouse is located on the top of the small hill of the property, and enjoys a 360 degree panorama.
The stone farmhouse is on two levels with independent entrances for the first and second floors, even if they are internally connected.
On the ground floor we are greeted by the large living room with arches and an important fireplace at the back, laterally we have various spaces such as the kitchen, the billiard room, the cellar, a bathroom and a small studio apartment with bathroom and independent access.
The first floor is instead composed of a living room with kitchenette and access to the covered external porch with two particular arched windows that open onto Pienza, six double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The last renovation of the farmhouse dates back to the eighties, and at the time respected the architectural characteristics of Tuscany.
