MONTESE CENTRO I have passed these gates many times without ever paying too much attention to what was beyond them. I have never even noticed the road that leads to a house...
One day at the end of summer Romolo calls me to talk to me about this house he wants to sell.
Precisely because I had never noticed the road that leads here Romolo took a bit to make me understand where it was. In any case, a few days ago I found it! But it's not as hidden as I thought, in fact it's really open and in the sun but it's private and intimate, in the center of Montese! I then walk along the concrete road that takes me to the house and, right at the end of the road, a small hamlet appears of two houses: this is the one that is going down on the right. The other is detached, further ahead.

What is a plus above all is the land: to the side and under the house there are approximately 3000m2 of orchard ( building) and another 11,000 m2 of alfalfa fields with two rows of vineyards. How beautiful! I am a former citizen with an agricultural soul!
Did I tell you about the view? From the valley you reach the center of Montese with the Montecuccolo tower showing off. The house dates back to the 1950s, I would say, and has average finishes for the time, even if well-kept. The house, although livable and usable, deserves some renovation and improvement work which, thanks to state incentives which provide significant discounts on the invoice, becomes more interesting today.
