Tagliacozzo, Largo Sant'Egidio, in the characteristic upper part of the town, opposite the church of the same name of Sant'Egidio which is thought to have very ancient origins, since it is mentioned in a papal bull (not entirely true) Clement III of 1188. It is very inspired by Romanesque prototypes, as demonstrated by the use of living stones at the corners. However the interior is of Baroque origin. On the left altar there is a canvas with the image of Santa Cecilia that comes from the church of the same name, which has now disappeared.
