In a residential area in the characteristic village of Via Indipendenza there is a holiday home for short-term rentals consisting of two finely renovated studio apartments. A two-level apartment with kitchenette and private bathroom and another on the second floor with private terrace and sea view.

The 35m2 apartments are comfortable, particularly quiet and the building retains the characteristics of the ancient village.

It is possible to take advantage of a paid monthly pass provided available by the owner.
The “Mare all'Arco” house is located in Gaeta, Lazio, 1.5 km from the Serapo beach.

It is located in the center of the city in a typical building in the historic seaside centre, called il Budello, in one of the oldest alleys of the characteristic village of via Indipendenza built in the 8th century AD
