The property is located in Verucchio, city of the Malatesta family, stands on a spur just outside the hills of Rimini. Nerve center of the Rimini Middle Ages, the fortress and the inhabited center testify to this. Cradle of the contemporary Villanovan civilization of the Etruscan period of which several testimonies are kept in the dedicated museum.
It is 15 km from Rimini (airport, tourist port and highway), a renowned tourist center, 10 km from the most important road junctions in the country.
