"The simple and composed Catalan or Baroque portals, the Lecce stone frames, the inscriptions in Italian or Latin, the corbels of the balconies projected onto the streets, the rounded loggias in wrought iron, the hanging arches, which still adorn the facades of once noble houses, the friezes, statues, columns, votive shrines with sacred images faded by time.
The restaurant is located in the heart of the historic center of Specchia, which in recent years has invested in the revaluation of the territory starting from the historic center which has become one of the most evocative and visited in the lower Salento. The building used as a restaurant-type accommodation facility covers an area of 150 square meters divided into four rooms with traditional vaults and facing ceilings that give that touch of tradition and warmth suitable for the context in which it is located. There are three rooms, a room used as a kitchen with sition for the flue, a bathroom for the staff and a bathroom for the customers, there is also the possibility of putting tables outside in the month of August.
