The conformation of the dwelling makes it suitable for continuing in this business, with excellent profits, or for being converted into a private home. The most important destinations in the Itria Valley are less than 20 minutes away, the famous beaches of Savelletri and Torre Canne are 30 minutes away, while the airports of Brindisi and Bari are an hour away.
