THE HOUSE
The apartment of approximately 100 square meters consists of large living room/kitchen with sofa, three bedrooms - two of which are very large - and a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a double or queen-size bed, large wardrobe, bookcase and study/work space.

Of the two largest rooms, one is equipped with a wooden loft bed, houses a double sofa bed and overlooks a small balcony; the second has a computer/TV monitor ideal for watching films and working from home. The smaller bedroom, equipped with a window, has just been re-furnished with a queen-size bed, matching bedside table, wardrobe, desk and bookcase.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with TV, washing machine, dishwasher and oven. If of interest, we are happy to also leave dishes, kitchen utensils and linens available.

CONTRACT
The price already includes condominium expenses (180 euros per month), but is exclusive of heating and utilities (electricity, gas, fast internet).
We rent with a regular contract with a minimum duration of one year; in the case of groups of students/workers the contract is single and registered in the name of all tenants. The house is available immediately and can be viewed by appointment.
Deposit: two months' rent.
Notice: three months.

The tram 14 stop under the house allows you to reach the S.
