The land in question consists of two portions of land with a rectangular shape and flat morphology, one measuring 77.00 hectares and one measuring 32.00 hectares, currently uncultivated, located near the village of Portobello, in the Municipality of Aglientu, in an area with a predominantly productive character located a short distance from the main communication routes.
