A few hundred meters from wonderful beaches of white sand and crystal clear sea there are two delightful apartments: the Casa del Sole and the Casa del Mare. They are located in the same white villa, on the lower floor and on the mezzanine floor of the same, preceded by a clean and tidy stone-paved common courtyard, which acts as a solarium and where the external shower is located, which can be used by the guests of both structures.
On the left are the access stairs to the Casa del Sole, the apartment located in the basement, spacious, colourful, fresh and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. This apartment is preceded by an outdoor space, well sheltered by a wooden roof, where you can gather for breakfast, lunch upon returning from the beach or dinner al fresco, perhaps during a cheerful barbecue with friends. In the Casa del Sole, in fact, there is a brick barbecue where you can cook tasty and genuine dishes on the grill. Lighting the fire will become the new ritual that will accompany the slow pace of the holiday days.
On the mezzanine floor, with access from the common courtyard, is the Casa del Mare. The entrance to it is preceded by a veranda in which a conversation corner has been created. Here it will be pleasant to sip a drink when returning from the beach or stay in the fresh air in the evening, after dinner. This apartment is also spacious and equipped with all the comforts for a comfortable and restful holiday.....

In both apartments, after passing the entrance door, you enter the living area where you you will find a large kitchenette and a comfortable sofa from which you can watch television. Everything is harmonious, elegant and refined, you can see that there has been a lot of care and attention in the choice of furnishings and accessories, that every detail has been studied so that the guest feels at ease and feels these houses are his own. The sleeping area is also equally welcoming: the bedrooms, as well as for resting, seem perfect for reading, for the relaxing atmosphere and the great sense of intimacy they inspire. Of course, the sleeping area is perhaps the least experienced in a holiday home, but in both homes particular attention was paid to its valorisation, precisely because we want to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of the day. In each house the bathroom is also well-kept, spacious and well ventilated, the colors are bright and in harmony with those of the other rooms.
