The building for productive use consists of a two-storey block of above average height completed by a turret on the east side with a third level. The shape is regular with two rows of rectangular windows on the upper part and slender arches with all-round arches in the lower part.

The three-storey residential property, one of which is a basement is located closer to the road. It has a square shape, the façades consist of a regular scan of round arched window openings on the ground floor, rectangular on the first floor; the basement has smaller openings, rectangular horizontal with grates and housed deposits and cellars, while on the ground and first floor there were two residential units.

The buildings have been declared unsafe and uninhabitable for about ten years and are currently registered as collaborating units . In recent years the deterioration has increased so much that the roofs are totally or partially missing. The complex is located in Val D'Aso, a flat and agricultural area a few kilometers from the town and close to the Sibillini Mountains complex; the area is not very inhabited. The landscape is mainly hilly with an average height of its territory exceeding 500 meters. above sea level, except for the narrow flat strip along the Aso river. The historic town is in fact located in a panoramic position at about 757 meters above sea level. Given the characteristic of the mountainous reliefs, the municipality is part of the Sibillini Mountain Community established by the Marche Region. The complex is subject to verification of cultural interest pursuant to art. 12 of Legislative Decree 42/2004 as better reported in art. 5 of the irrevocable purchase proposal.
