Access to the Pineta beach in a few minutes on foot.
A fenced outdoor parking space is included in the cost.
La Pineta di Arenzano has three concierge supervised by security guards, one of which is a few meters from the Arenzano motorway toll booth: it can be easily reached in just over an hour from Milan. In the complex you will find: small square with mini market, newspapers , tobacconist, bar, pizza restaurant, ATM.
A children's playground (adjacent to the square) and a second large green space for the older ones.
Pets not allowed.

I rent the apartment for the summer period or 1 whole month or 15 days.
Arrivals on Sunday, departures on Saturday.
Rentals for 1 week are also considered.
