Trullo Strada Provinciale Montesardo, Centro, Salve

In the Municipality of Salve, near the town, agricultural land of about 12,300 square meters is sold, with an approved project for the construction of a villa. The land from which there is also a view towards the sea, is planted with olive grove and Mediterranean scrub. The approved project includes the possibility of building a living room, kitchen, a single bedroom, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The external façades of the villa reproduce the style of the Salento villas, typical of the early 1900s with cornices and balustrades in Lecce stone. The covered living area is 100 square meters. By making a variation to the approved project, and providing for the typical barrel or star vaults in the new project, the living area can be expanded by about 30 square meters; this change in surface area is due to the application of the regional law for the protection and revaluation of the historical building heritage of Puglia. In the land there is a beautiful pajara (an ancient building typical of the lower Salento) with an attached oven; for this structure it will be possible to request authorizations for restructuring. If the buyer wants it, he can also request the authorizations to build a swimming pool of around 40 square meters.
SALVE
The renowned Pescoluse Marina is known to most people for its beautiful beaches of fine white sand and shallow and transparent seabed , and from the crystalline water that has nothing to envy to the Caribbean landscapes; not by chance one of the bathing establishments present chose Maldives del Salento as its name, which over the years has ended up being commonly used to indicate the whole town. MORCIANO DI LEUCA
Torre Vado is the marina of the municipality of Morciano di Leuca. The coast is characterized by a low coast with small pebbles, wet by clear and clean water. Torre Vado offers all the services (bar, newsstand, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.). The long sea allows for walks to the sandy coast of the Pescoluse.
