Country house frazione pissin 40, Centro, Chatillon

The rustic house is located in a privileged position on the hill in Châtillon, along the famous rue de la Plaine, the pleasant walk that connects the upper part of Châtillon with the hilly part of Saint-Vincent. A few meters from the house there is a recently built public car park.
The building was partially renovated in the late 90s with the redoing of the roof. Inside it has its original appearance and therefore needs to be completely renovated. It is currently on three levels.
The street level has a courtyard facing south and a former manure heap. On this level there is the former stable and a cellar. The upper level was the living area of the building with two entrance rooms, a large living area and a kitchen dominated by the large wood-burning fireplace. At the back of the living area there is access to two semi-underground cellars. From the kitchen you can access the balcony and the terrace from which you can enjoy the view of the central valley.
The second and last floor is occupied by the large former barn and is a single room with an exposed roof. At the back of the house, adjacent to the barn, there is a warehouse on two levels.
