A renovated 2 bedroom apartment (1 single and 1 double rooms, 3 places in total), 100 meters from the train station and with the view of the park of via Indipendenza. Next to the building you will also find the bike sharing rental and plenty of bars, supermarket, restaurants, etc.
You are also 1 minute from the main bus station, 10 minutes from piazza Maggiore and the University area on foot.

The apartment, completely renovated in 2018 is composed of 1 bright double room (with the view of via Indipendenza), 1 single room, common area with a modern kitchen and a bathroom.
It is totally furnished and inside you will find everything needed for a comfortable stay including fiber cable internet, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishes, cookware, etc.), pillows, blankets, linens.

All the bills (electricity, gas, water, unlimited internet wifi, trash tax) amount to 200 eur/month with normal and responsible consumption. Should you exceed this cap you will be charged the difference.

Contract:
The contract has to start between Sept. 1st and Sept. 15th
12 months stay
Max occupancy 3 people
Security deposit: 2 months rent

Only EU Erasmus/exchange/PHD students

House rules:
No smoking
No parties/no loud music
No subletting of any kind
No residency

Upon booking confirmation you have to:
1)pay 2 months of deposit
2)pay the administration fee
3)provide all of your documents for the contract
-copy of EU ID or passport
-Italian tax code- codice fiscale (if you don’t have it, you can provide it within 21 days of signing the contract)
-proof of exchange program/Phd program enrollment

If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
