Fossola di Tramonti, in the Cinque Terre Park, is in an area known for the cultivation of vines on terraces supported by dry stone walls and nestled in a bay on the sea of immeasurable beauty. With the beautiful little church dedicated to the Guardian Angels, the landscape that can be admired in this area is particularly suggestive. From the windows of the houses, on particularly clear days it is possible to range from the Tuscan coast to the islands of its archipelago, the islands of Capraia, Gorgona, Elba up to Corsica are easily visible, turning west and following the arc of the Ligurian coast you can clearly distinguish the Maritime Alps with its snow-capped peaks and the French border. In this corner of paradise is located this semi-detached stone farmhouse with terrace with a "breathtaking" sea view, private courtyard and small vegetable garden of approximately 20 square meters. The property is on two levels connected by an internal staircase and consists of a room, bathroom and a cistern room on the ground floor and a large room with kitchenette, mezzanine with bedroom and terrace of 15 sqm with 180° sea view.
