New logistics hub in Castrezzato (BS)

The logistics structure was built close to the A35 Bre.Be.Mi. motorway, adjacent to the "Barriera di Chiari Est" which is only 1 km away; its position allows you to reach the A4 Turin/Trieste motorway in 10 minutes via the Ospitaletto toll booth which is 12 km from the logistics hub.
The location of this new logistics facility is distinguished by the convenience of its motorway networks, the proximity in just half an hour of the Eastern Ring Road of Milan and all the main airport infrastructures of Northern Italy.

Designed according to the latest generation technological and environmental systems, the new logistics hub in Castrezzato has a covered area of 40,000 m2, of which a GFA of 32,134 m2 is still available and can be divided into 3 modules:
Unit 1 of 10,749 sq. m.Unit 3 of 10,749 sq. m.Unit 4 of 10,636 sq. m.

Each unit includes 278 m2 of office/service space.

The building consists of double-sided logistics warehouses with a height under beam of 12 m and a floor load capacity of 5 t/m2.
Each unit is equipped with 12 loading bays with electro-hydraulic platforms and a ramp.

Coplanar front area for a depth of 18 m (to which 15 m of internal roadway are added) to ensure the stability of the vehicles during loading and unloading. In addition, outside parking lots for trucks have been created with maneuvering yards, parking spaces, perimeter circulation and green areas.

Minimum subdivision: 10,000 sq m.

The logistics are equipped with a fire prevention system Sprinkler System ESFR K 22.4 / NFPA13 and provision for an anti-intrusion and security system.
Great importance was given to mitigating the environmental impact by using photovoltaic systems of approximately 147 kW per unit and LED lighting.
This has allowed the achievement of LEED GOLD and BREEAM-IN-USE Very Good energy certifications.
