L’appartamento si trova in un bel palazzo di via delle Terme, in pieno centro storico, vicino ai più famosi monumenti di Firenze, tra i quali il Duomo, il Campanile di Giotto, Ponte Vecchio e Piazza della Signoria. Bilocale di 52mq situato al 3° piano, con ascensore, di un bellissimo palazzo del centro storico di Firenze. Terme View è dotato di una camera matrimoniale e di un bagno con doccia e può ospitare fino ad un massimo di 2+2 persone. Dalla porta di ingresso entriamo nel luminoso soggiorno nel quale si trova la tavola da pranzo per 4 persone, il divano letto a due posti con la televisione e la moderna cucina interamente realizzata in color acciaio. La scelta di questo materiale crea un interessante contrasto cromatico con il colore rosso del cotto e con il legno delle travi. Lo stesso contrasto lo ritroviamo nella camera da letto, dove il letto matrimoniale (180 cm) non divisibile è incorniciato dal soffitto con travi a vista e dal pavimento in cotto. L’armonia fra antico e moderno è la linea guida dello stile di questo appartamento, dove le trasparenze del plexiglass delle sedie sono colmate dal caldo colore rosso dei pavimenti. Terme View gode di una bellissima vista sulla Torre di Arnolfo di Palazzo Vecchio sia dal soggiorno che dalla camera da letto. Lovely apartment of 52 m2 / 560 sq ft on the 3rd floor with elevator in a beautiful building in the historic city center. Terme View is made up of 1 bedroom with a double bed that cannot be separated into 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, and can host up to 2+2 guests. From the entrance, there is a bright living room in which there is the dining area with table for 4, a double sofa bed, television, and the modern kitchen completely finished in stainless steel. The choice of this material in the kitchen adds an interesting contrast with the red color of the terra cotta floors and the exposed wooden beams. The same contrast is also found in the bedroom where the double bed (180 cm) that cannot be separated is framed by the exposed wooden beam ceiling and terra cotta floors. The harmony between modern and antique is the forte of this apartment where the transparency of the plexi-glass chairs are in symphony with the warm colored floorings.
