The villa is immersed in a wonderful park and the entire ground floor is rented (accessible by disabled people). The second floor is owned by the property, but not inhabited and isolated from the ground floor. There are 8 beds, adaptable to needs and also expandable with sofa beds. One of the bathrooms is in the annex used as a summer kitchen. Porch terrace large garage and laundry complete the property. It is possible to host friends in the garden with tents. The outdoor brick barbecue is suitable for grilling. Pets are welcome. Hall, lounge, kitchen and entrance complete the sleeping area.
The garden has a ping pong table and an old boat for children to play in.
Rimini sea can be reached in 15 minutes by car.
The area is full of restaurants and is populated by villas, farmhouses and olive groves.
