Saturday 13 September, on the occasion of the Agricultural fair of Pollino, you will have the opportunity to visit that magnificent Villa.

The house is located in the center of the village, and enjoys the proximity of the Church, the historic Albergo Ristorante Canetta, the playground and the belvedere from which you can admire the whole of Lake Maggiore.

The villa is accessed by a climb that leads to the beautiful garden, currently divided into a green area, a very well-kept vegetable garden area and a tiled area for outdoor lunches and dinners. Next to the entrance we find a second garden, with an enviable BBQ area. From the tiled area we access the villa where we are welcomed by a living room with a very large fireplace, a kitchen and a first bathroom. The beautiful stone staircase takes us to the first floor where we find the first two double bedrooms each with its own balcony; the staircase continues to the second floor where we find the other two double bedrooms, one of which is an attic with exposed wooden beams. The last flight of stairs takes us to the second bathroom with window and shower. From the bathroom there is also access to the attic.

Next to the villa we find the garage, while behind there is access to the cellar.

History:
The history of Pollino begins in 1842, when Teresa Tamborini and Cippo Perelli Cippo allocated 4,000 Milanese lire for the construction of a chapel under the parish of Premeno. The church was erected in memory of San Rocco and in 1888 it acquired the title of Oratory. Before being a hamlet of Premeno, Pollino belonged to Ghiffa and only later became the property of Premeno for territorial reasons. Pollino is about 1.5 km from Premeno and is located at a slightly lower altitude (700–750 m above sea level); extends along the main road, with numerous villas and rural houses, most of which have been renovated.
Pollino and Premeno are about 20 minutes from Lake Maggiore and the same distance from the zip line, but not only that.
