Apartment via Saluzzo 15, San Salvario - Baretti, Turin

We love living in a central area, convenient to services, public transport, and we wouldn't move for anything in the world! The building must be more than decent if not elegant and there must be an elevator. High floor, you know, we like to enjoy an open view. I recommend the rooms, don't propose us an apartment with claustrophobic spaces, for goodness sake!
Does it seem like a pretentious request? Who wouldn't want to live in a context like the one described above, You will tell me, "Find an apartment with these characteristics".
We have it. In Via Saluzzo, in a building built in 1930 and equipped with an elevator, on the THIRD FLOOR, we offer an apartment of about 140 square meters with two arias. The building has been renovated in the common areas, the facades have been redone as well as the chimneys and even the cornices.
A small entrance door allows us to reach the large entrance, which performs its function of separating the entrance from the other rooms very well, from here through the door we arrive at the welcoming and large kitchen, the cooking wall measures approximately 4.80 m and is equipped with all the necessary appliances. The apartment in question has a double exposure, but we continue along the corridor and enter the living room equipped with all comforts, and equipped with a window.
Continuing we have the first bedroom, the master bedroom, which measures (5.78x2.80) where there is a comfortable bed and wardrobe, then we reach the second bedroom almost similar to the double bedroom. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The heating is centralized and thermostatic valves have been applied to the radiators.
