Farmhouse Sp12, Sant'Angelo a Fasanella

The area is reported to the NCT of the Municipality of Sant'Angelo a Fasanella al Fg. 18 part. lla 245, while the property is reported to NCE U at Fg. 18 part. lla 246 sub. 2-3.
The property is made up of three buildings built in the years 1930-1936: AB buildings (semi-built, see photos); body C (ruin, including a single photo with building practice presented to the municipality for residential use).
Body “A”, with all the masonry parts of the original building, consists of a reinforced concrete structure and a cast brick-concrete floor in place resting on "Lamellar" type wooden beams, all within the same perimeter of the original volume.
The already completed external facades of the building (Body A) respect the typology of the original masonry (masonry with striped limestone), and similarly the coverings of the roof pitches (antiqued tiles).
At the moment the structure is devoid of all the internal finishes, such as; floors, coverings, p. sanitary areas, external and internal fixtures, various fittings.
