On foot you can reach the primary services, typical restaurants and various souvenir shops. The nearest beach is in front by walking along via Castelluccio down stairs, which leads to an almost private beach with an adjoining lido/restaurant.
The property offered for tourist rental is located in front of the Atlantis hotel by, all 'interior of a small condominium on the first floor; it is a comfortable studio apartment of 28 square meters of walkable space, the entrance on the corridor, on the right the kitchen area equipped with a gas stove with cylinder and window on the inside, followed by the bathroom with shower and window, and finally the comfortable living room with a large window almost overlooking the street equipped with a double sofa bed and a bridge bed. The conditions are excellent as it has been completely renovated in detail, floors and furnishings, and includes an air conditioner in the living/sleeping area. The apartment is ideal for a couple or a couple with two children/teenagers. Upon arrival, a deposit will be requested for any damage to the property which will be returned at the end of the stay, and €50 for final cleaning.
