At an altitude of 528m above sea level, three quarters of an hour from Riccione and a quarter of an hour from the peaks of Carpegna, stands the municipality of Monte Cerignone, today Pesaro - Urbino, but included in the geographical area identified as "Historical Romagna ".
The village, typically medieval, shows us the shapes and colors of the Montefeltro dominion with buildings of great historical and artistic character.

In the heart of the town we offer for sale a lovely apartment on the first floor of a historic building from the 1600s.
A stone staircase leads to the apartment which welcomes us with a living room with kitchenette including fireplace. We continue with a hallway that precedes the comfortable bathroom with shower.
From the living room we have access, via a wooden staircase, to the comfortable double bedroom located on the upper floor.
