Apartment in a Lombard court house on three levels. On the ground floor we find an entrance into the living room, kitchenette and bathroom, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there is a large double bedroom with access to the common balcony from the French window, on the attic floor which is usable but not habitable (but with the new amnesty I think it can be made habitable) accessed by the spiral staircase and we find a large room and a laundry/bathroom. the external windows and doors were changed 6 months ago and the boiler is also recent. In the common courtyard there is a car park assigned for use and a private cellar storage room.
