Located about 8 km from Castellina in Chianti, in a high and isolated position, it can be reached via three km of dirt road, a farmhouse with two detached outbuildings for a total of 650 m2 surrounded by 7 hectares, partly arable land and the rest woodland.
The main building and the two annexes are on two levels, currently planned to be divided into 8 apartments, renovated in the rough with stone facades and interiors with exposed beams, arches and bricks, all maintaining the typical features of Chianti and Tuscany.
The renovation was designed to use the property as a farmhouse given the possibility of building a swimming pool.
Approximately Eu.450/500,000 is needed for completion, but it also depends on the degree of finishing of the works.
There is a water vein and a well, very important for water supply.
Electricity and water present, a tank of LPG is provided, alternatively consider the placement of a photovoltaic system.
To date the project involves the division into 8 apartments, but given the situation of the works it is also possible to review the destination and divide it into smaller units or even have a single farmhouse with two outbuildings.
