Via AlessandroVisconti D'Aragona 15 - I rent an open space of 53 m2 on the top floor, with lift, in a building from the 1940s. In the heart of Città Studi, a few steps from the Milan Polytechnic, the Cancer Institute and the Argonne metro stop, MM4 line, 500 meters away.

You enter a short corridor which leads, in order, to the bathroom with window, the non-habitable kitchen, the open space with first the living area and then, separated by a wardrobe, the sleeping area. There is air conditioning and the heating is centralized with thermovalves. The windows are new with double glass, the flooring is in grit. The ceilings are 3.30 meters high.

There are two large wardrobes with five double doors; a desk; two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed; a sofa bed with two other bed bases for any guests; shower cabin; ceiling clothesline, washing machine, lights with dimmer; microwave oven, cooker with three-burner induction plate, hot water boiler (therefore only the electricity user is present); covered bike space and currently also motorbikes or scooters in the courtyard.

The apartment faces west overlooking the internal courtyard. It is therefore very quiet and bright. There is no balcony.

In the morning, three times a week, there is a cleaning service for the building. The condominium expenses amount to approximately 150 Euros per month - subject to balance - also including water, heating and lift. By using little heating they drop to 100 Euros per month. Furthermore, the area is equipped with all the major services including schools, supermarkets, pharmacies, numerous shops for basic necessities and numerous public transport including tram 5 , and bus lines 93, 38, 54 and 45 and the new stop of the MM4 metro line which takes you to the center or to Milan Linate airport in just a few minutes. A few minutes away there is also the Milan Forlanini and Milan Lambrate railway link.

I am looking for a tenant interested in staying for at least a year with whom I can sign a regular rental contract, ideally a young worker, or a student away from home. All relevant guarantees are required. The apartment is suitable for one, maximum two people. Tenants with pets and/or smokers are not welcome. The apartment is free!

We register the contract. I require three months deposit and quarterly rent payment. I request the last three payslips, or two unique models, or the guarantor parent as a guarantee.

1150 Euro, condominium expenses and heating included (1000 + 150 Euro, subject to adjustment).
