The house:
Apartment in a green and central area, located on the first floor of three, without lift, of a building with only six residential units, built in the 1960s and completed by a well-kept communal garden.
In the garage area belonging to the building, a comfortable 15 m² paved garage is combined with the apartment, in addition to an assigned condominium parking space.
In the cellar compartment there is a useful space used for parking bicycles, in addition to the cellar supplied. The heating is autonomous, with convectors: the annual condominium expenses, which are very low, amount to approximately Euro 350.
The interiors:
Through a hallway you enter the living room, bright and served by a balcony with a beautiful view of the shared internal garden; in front of the room is the kitchenette, which overlooks a second balcony.
The bathroom, with window, is equipped with a bathtub. It was renovated in the 90s; the house also has a large storage room.
The double bedroom, like the twin bedroom, is paved in terrazzo, while light single-fired tiles have been laid in the living room and kitchenette. The doors are made of wood with frosted glass. The external fixtures, replaced in the 2000s, are made of wood with double glazing. For the rest, the solution is in its original state and needs to be revisited.
The area:
Collebeato is a municipality located in the northern hinterland of Brescia, from whose center it is about 7 km away. Located in the Parco delle Colline area, it is bathed by the Mella River.
It is well served by public transport (line 11), which also includes a stop at the Prealpino underground station (terminus).
There are various offers regarding this the education sector: at the state level we remember the 'Rovetta' nursery school, the 'Martiri di Loggia' primary school, the 'Silone' lower secondary school. For the little ones there are also two nursery schools: 'La Nuvola', in the same area as the primary school and 'Little England'.
In 2018 Collebeato won the 'The city for greenery 2018' award.
The quality is excellent of life, in a residential context close to the main city services, surrounded by lots of greenery.
