The context

The NATURA project is a 200 m2 farmhouse under construction immersed in the greenery of the metalliferous hills of Massa Marittima, of which 15 hectares are exclusive property. The structure of the farmhouse is newly built and complies with all current seismic regulations. The roof structure is already planned with chestnut beams to maintain the Tuscan spirit that is easily found in properties in the countryside or in historic centers. In addition to the main body, there are two buildings where two other housing units have already been designed for the development of a hospitality business, the old pigsty of about 35 m2 and an ancient drying room of 25 m2. To reach the property, there is a dirt road easily passable with all types of cars immersed in the scrub.
