New build Apartments in Pietra Ligure

An avant-garde stylistic project, with the characteristic shape of a ship, with the bow facing the sea, designed and created by the architect Pietro Gambacciani, commissioned by the Bottaro family, in 1963, gave life to the Hotel Mediterranèe.

The hotel structure, which at the time had 98 rooms, was purchased in 1965 by the Vigliercio family, who managed it until 1988, when the owners decided to transform the structure into a residence and manage it themselves.
The first transformation, entrusted by the Vigliercio family to the architect Angelo De Francesco, therefore took place in 1989/90 when, while maintaining the original futuristic style intact, 44 apartments were created.
At the end of September 2022, the Residence Mediterraèe closed its doors for good.

This time it is to the Arch. Davide De Francesco who is entrusted with the task of transforming it into apartments for residential use, which will give life to the Mediterraèe condominium.
39 luxurious apartments will be built, equipped with every comfort and technologically advanced systems and, as was requested in 1989 to Arch. Angelo De Francesco, once again the Vigliercio family has asked his son Davide to provide for the conservative restoration of the facades in order to maintain the original design style intact, which today represents a piece of history of the city of Pietra Ligure.
