On the ground floor, independent HOUSE, composed of a single room with "star" vaults and exposed stone, which combines the living room with kitchenette complete with built-in kitchen block with Apricena stone top and appliances (fridge with freezer compartment, kitchen gas two burners, hood with support capitals in Trani stone) and bed area, plus bathroom; also on the ground floor, independent STUDIO, currently used as a warehouse. Air conditioning installed in the house on the first floor (in the living room above the entrance leading to the sleeping area) and in the independent house on the ground floor. The living room on the first floor is equipped with a skylight with electrified opening, as well as provision for the possible construction of a fireplace or stove, from an existing flue.
