The land has always been used for agricultural production.

Approximately 17,000 m2 (approximately 9,000 m2 for one lot and approximately 8,000m2 on the other) WERE productive with ITALY type table grapes with pergola production. The entire tent structure is still present and in excellent condition, complete with arches for possible coverage and the entire drip and ground irrigation system with micro sprinklers.

While the remaining approximately 11,000 square meters are free from any structure for cultivation (approximately 6,000 square meters of one lot and approximately 5,000 square meters of the other).
