Rondonico is an ancient hamlet and is located about 3.5 km from the center of Cannobio and about one km from the border with Switzerland.
It is a small "car-free"; village, with splendid sun exposure and can only be reached on foot, with a walk of approximately 10 - 15 minutes.
The public car park is located on the side of the state road, and right at the beginning of the path that leads to Rondonico.
This building is located close to the path semi-detached, of approx. 90 in total, located on several levels and all to be restored.

First floor: room;
Second floor: room with partial lake view.
The internal staircase connects all floors.
