ROISAN
At 870m above sea level, near Aosta, Roisan offers a breathtaking panorama from Monte Emilius to the Grand Combin. With Roman origins and linked to ancient routes, it was an agricultural and livestock centre. It is a strategic point for exploring the Aosta Valley. At Closellinaz Dessous, we offer a rustic house entirely to be renovated, arranged on three floors, free from sky to earth. The roof also needs to be renovated. A project has been drawn up which involves the construction of two apartments. Possibility to also purchase the cottage next to it to create a larger design.
The cottage is completed by a garden, in front of the house, a terrace of approximately 34 m2 and a cellar.
The parking space is municipal, close to the house.
Beyond the in the town of Closellinaz-Dessous, there was once the Calvin Bridge, so called due to a popular tradition, albeit without documentary evidence, which holds that in the year 1536, John Calvin, a French theologian, on the run, passed through Roisan. towards the Swiss Valais.--7cf936d940231facc392589c707c25e0!
