Located in Fontanelle (Lusiana di Conco) in a more than peaceful and easy to reach context. The property is in a convenient position to reach the main destinations: Asiago (15 min), Marostica and Bassano del Grappa (30 min).
The house is positioned above street level and you have the possibility of placing a in front of the entrance, there is also a convenient car park at street level 5 meters from the house. 50 meters away there are bins for separate waste collection.
The house is spread over four levels as follows:

- The second floor is composed of a room that acts as an anteroom and there are 3 doors + the wooden staircase that leads to the attic. on this floor there is a third double bedroom with double window, independent bathroom with window consisting of sanitary fixtures, sink, shower, washing machine. also on this level there is a door that opens into the boiler room and there is also an exit to reach the garden of approximately 40m2 equipped with a structure for drying clothes and a woodshed/tool shed of approximately 5/6m2. In the garden there is also an external staircase that leads directly to the ground floor in front of the house. To complete the house there is the last attic level with exposed beams in which there is a double bedroom. The house has independent heating via oil boiler + fireplace + wood stove.
The gas hob works using a cylinder located in the boiler room in a special closed compartment. By agreement with the tenant it can easily be replaced with an electric/induction hob.
