from April 2024 (with a one-year contract FOR STUDENTS), it is available in an apartment for five people in Via Trieste 15, Padua:
A bed in a double room (already composed of a boy), €230 per month each;
Condominium expenses are included; the price excludes all utilities (heating, gas, electricity, water, TARI, internet), which amount to approximately €50 per month (approximate figure, obviously depends on the period).
Two months' rent is required for a security deposit.
The location of the apartment is optimal: near the Arena Gardens, three minutes from the station, you can easily reach the center on foot/by bike, the location is very convenient for reaching most of the university departments.
The house consists of three rooms (two doubles and one single), two bathrooms, kitchen/living room and closet; there are also washing machine, air conditioning, microwave oven, TV; the other tenants are two boys and two girls
We are looking for students preferably with previous experience of cohabitation/ability to live with other people, respect their cleaning shifts, etc.
