How to get around:
To reach the sea you can go on foot or using public transport.

From the house it is pleasant to take walks along the river until you reach the sea with its beaches complete with services, refreshment points, shops and areas to explore. And it is equally pleasant to reach the historic center, with its main street full of restaurants, pubs, shops and events in the square (depending on the season). For history buffs, a visit to the Malaspina Castle and the ancient tanneries is a must. There is also a train for the tourist tour (at the discretion of the municipality each year).

The apartment is located on the first floor without a lift.
