This property has unique characteristics of its kind and it is not possible to find the same in the entire Pisan area. The prestigious Villa in Provençal Art Nouveau style dating back to the early 1900s is iconic and, to this day, there are still frescoed ceilings with the original paintings in good condition.
The house was built in the early twentieth century at the behest of a French heiress and was frequented by many noble Pisan families and also by European nobility, and it is known that he also had the opportunity to frequent the residence on young aviation pioneer Giuseppe Cei, who was initiated into studies by the family that owned the villa.
The villa is now abandoned, closed and cannot be visited except for our sales visits; architecturally it has a characteristic slate-coloured sloping roof, intact and original from the time of construction, and is made up of long, narrow windows with a central panoramic tower from which it is possible to observe the entire surrounding area. The architectural genre of the villa is typical of the French Riviera, the original place of the property that commissioned it, clearly differentiating itself from the surrounding buildings. Inside the villa was elegantly furnished with different rooms and there was a Japanese living room, an Egyptian room and a hall of mirrors, of which some friezes can still be found today.
The main building is spread over three floors outside land for a total surface area of approximately 650 m2 and 115 m2 of flat roof terraces and is surrounded by a park with tall trees for a surface area of approximately 24,000 m2. The villa is reached via a dirt road surrounded by olive trees which crosses the large planted land of the property.
The main entrance is located at the front of the villa and from here, upon entering, you enter the main stairwell characterized by the original stone and wood staircase that leads to the upper floors. The square-shaped ground floor consists of two living rooms, two kitchens, a study, two other rooms for various uses as well as a toilet room.
On the ground floor, next to the secondary access of the villa at the back, there is a second service stairwell with a particular semi-helical shape and consisting of a well-preserved wooden staircase that reaches up to the second floor.
On the first floor , also accessible from the service staircase, is the sleeping area and is made up of 7 large rooms as well as a toilet and a bathroom. From the service stairwell you access the terrace of approximately 65 m2 which connects the house with the barn.
Continuing to climb the main stairwell you arrive at the second floor where the attic develops characterized by eight attic rooms each with the particular Dormer windows protruding from the slate roof and typical of French Brittany.--c11a861b33d433220e14550ffe1967f3!
