Ref: 1073-114 - Originally a medieval convent of Friars Minor and used as an oil mill since the 18th century, this stone farmhouse, purchased in the 1970s by the current owners, is immersed in a well-kept one-hectare garden with tall trees and it is surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the hills around Spoleto.
