The property is the subject of a project already presented for the construction of a tourist-hotel complex.

Furthermore, the project has already obtained a favorable opinion from the Historical Centers Commission of the Municipality of Ragusa, the Municipal Council of Ragusa and the Superintendence of Cultural and Environmental Heritage.
