➡️ Hi, we are Stefano and Yolanda, we are husband and wife, and we manage a structure that has 3 STUDIOS inside , one of 15 m2 and the other two of 21 m2, intended for those who wish to use them for single SESSIONS and THERAPIES.

The main feature of the room is its SILENCE and TRANQUILITY and is therefore ideal for organizing your own session and one's work in a relaxing environment that allows the patient to completely relax.

Furthermore, it is:
• warm in winter, as there is heating, and
• very cool in summer.

☑️ The spaces are available:
- every day (including weekends and holidays)
- all day (even in the evening)

⌚ It is possible to rent them:
- by the hour
- by the day/half day
- monthly

Prices start from €10/h and are "All inclusive", i.e. they include:
✔️ Utility costs such as Heating, Electricity and Water
✔️ WI-FI Internet
✔️ Condominium fees and Tari

The floor is in laminate parquet and
All the studios are already furnished with:

Furthermore, the area has a wide availability of Free Parking.
